Open Question: Why am I having panic attacks?

In the last few weeks I've had a few panic attacks, my heart was beating really fast, my hands were shaking my head was spinning, I started breathing a lot faster than normal, and the friends that were with me at two of these said that I was pale. One of them I was in a subway in Rome, that was really crowded, and I get claustraphobic...So it was understandable...all the others have been at school, apart from Sunday, I was at home playing the PS3 with a good friend of mine...that I like alot...and It was my 1st time playing the PS3....Is there anything wrong with me or do panic attacks just happen sometimes?...
